When and in what way do you bring stillness into your day? Here are a few stillness-related posts you may have missed.

“Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat any time, and be yourself.”

“Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found.”

“If you add a little to a little, and then do it again, soon that little shall be much.”

  1. Hi Barry,

This reminded me of an experience that I had back in high school. (Yes, many moons ago!)

The math and science classes that were taught in Iran were pretty intense. I would say comparable to freshman and sophomore level of colleges in the US. I recall leaving a final math exam where I had been unable to solve one of the problems.

I often used to walk home from school with a few of my friends. On the way we were discussing this problem and I learned that none of my friends were able to solve it either.

The solution to the problem came to me during a dream that night. I woke up the next morning and wrote it down and shared it with my friends.

It was an incredible experience that I will never forget.

  2. Barry,
I’m still going to LFT, swimming and working out, but now at 10:30/11:00. I miss my old friends!
