    My most recent, their ‘Can’t’ became my trumpet is for two reasons. One, I incurred a legislative responsibility to understand standardized testing. And two, every knowledgeable Principal, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent I asked to explain the results could not.

    So, I figured it out on my own.

    And I did not do this for the senior professionals in the field of education. Their opportunity lasted more than seven decades. I did it for the parents who want to know more about the Quality of The Condition of Education for their child during the birth through high school graduation year. And I do not charge individual parents for wanting to understand and know. It is one of the few gifts I can give.
